All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 013-321 2381 to further assist on returning the product. Once the problem is acknowledged, customer can ship out the defected product to the address below.
